Due to the success of our Heels Choreography class, we have now introduced Advanced Heels Choreography! For students in Prep Advanced and above, this class takes takes your pole dancing to the next level. Not only do you get to build upon your floor work and fluid transitions around the pole, but also you will learn combos up the pole!!! 

Any pair of heels will do, but we do recommend bringing a pair of knee pads (these are available for purchase at the studio)
