Sophie started pole dancing in early 2020 after finding a coupon on the back of a Coles receipt. After that first class, she was hooked!

These days, Sophie eats, sleeps, and breathes pole dancing. She spends her week instructing classes and training for competitions. On the weekends, Sophie—better known as Ally—works as a dancer in Sydney's gentlemen's clubs. She is passionate about making pole dancing an inclusive space for everyone, especially those working in the SW industry.

Her favourite part about being an instructor at Studio Pole is seeing her students achieve their goals and enjoy the process along the way. She loves the supportive environment of the pole community and the friendships it fosters.
